Move your project forward and discover a way of working that actually works for you.
An online space to reset the way you work to move your project forward, and build momentum and confidence through action .
You have a project you care about.
But somehow time keeps passing and it's still not moving.
You try everything — and still end up in the same place.
I know what it feels like to start doubting yourself. To feel like you're just not good enough — not disciplined enough, not focused enough.
And so you push harder — because that's the only way you know.
For many of us, that approach is not just hard — it's counterproductive.
What we actually need are the right conditions to move and create from a different place.
That is why I created the Unstuck Lab — a place where your project starts moving again, one step after another, and keeps you moving long after.
What’s the Unstuck Lab?
A 6-week journey to move your project forward, and you leave with a better way of working that makes future momentum easier.
In the Unstuck Lab, you get to:
Make progress on your project
Find focus and start moving forward by using the structure, support, and tools provided in the Lab.
Learn a different way to work and create
Find a balance that works with your body and discover an alternative, more aligned and sustainable way of working.
Here's how it works:
Bring a project you care about — Come with something real you've been wanting to move forward on.
Work through the framework, week by week — Over 6 weeks, you apply one proven step at a time — learning by doing in live co-working sessions.
Build momentum alongside others — Make steady progress with a community that understands the struggle.
Each week, we focus on one step of the Unstuck Lab Framework.
You'll receive self-paced materials during the week, then join a 2-hour live session to discuss and work on your project.
-
You'll start to see what keeps you circling — and how it plays out in your work.
-
We'll look at why action is key, and practice small strategies to get you moving with less effort.
-
You'll understand how your nervous system works — and how to pursue your goal in a way that feels safe.
-
This week is yours — catch up at your own pace and meet with someone in the group for a listening conversation.
-
You'll look at why your environment shapes your work — and start designing the conditions that help you move with less effort.
-
You'll revisit your takeaways and toolkit — and decide what to integrate and in what way.
Who is it for?
For creative, personal, and professional projects — whether alongside full-time work, navigating a transition, or working on something deeply personal.
If you keep ending up in one of these loops:
Overwhelm — you struggle to take the first steps and feel exhausted before you even begin.
The thinking loop — you spend more time thinking about the work than actually doing it.
The push and the crash — you force yourself to get things done, only to end up burnt out and back at square one.
Spinning wheels — after months of "doing things," you realize the project still hasn't moved forward.
What a session feels like
Hour 1 — Coming together
Discussion, reflection, and practices — which can include journaling, breathing, movement, or active listening.
Hour 2 — Working on your project
You apply what you explored directly to your project, in an environment built around what actually works. (learning by doing)
"Your brain is actually overjoyed when it is put in these clear yet friendly conditions." — Anastasia
“In general, I was a bit skeptical at first, cause I usually don’t enjoy workshops but the group that we formed and mostly Mel’s guidance was really insightful and helpful. She gathered lots of knowledge from both spiritual and management practice, and each meeting really took us all a step forward and motivated us!”

What People Are Saying
-
“Mel is an incredibly gifted coordinator that demonstrates a clear passion in guiding her participants to reach insights on their own accord, through well delineated signposts of what it looks and feels like to challenge resistance, registering emotion in the body, and allowing oneself to explore alternative means of getting ‘unstuck’.”

How do you describe something that you didn't even realise you needed in your life, but once you have participated you realise you needed to do this from the very beginning?
I not only learnt so many amazing tips and tricks but I learnt the human side of resistance and fear and how we all experience it in one way or another, what we can do to move through the fear and resistance, how we can work with others to figure out what exactly our fear and resistance looks like because it really is different for everyone and then writing a list of what you want to do, holding yourself accountable to do that and see how much progress is possible in just 4 weeks is astounding.
I knew I was stuck before doing the Unstuck Lab but I didn't really know why and how and even if it was possible to get my creative flair back as I really felt it had left me but from doing this Lab, I not only found it but I've made so much progress, it's like my creative match has been re lit and I feel that it can't be blown out.
It doesn't mean I won't feel fear and resistance over and over again, but now I'll know what to look out for and what ways I can distinguish it faster and not let it take over in me and prevent me from making all my ideas come to life.
Mel has really created a gem. She noticed something in herself and others perhaps that was the human experience and has created something to stop it from overpowering us individually and stopping us from achieving all that we are capable of.
She has done the research, is able to give us very simple ways of getting out of our own way, has included holistic therapies that really warm me up and has broken it down in a way that is easy to understand and use in our everyday life.
I'm so thankful for this Lab and will be coming back to it's teachings always. Everyone needs to do this, fear and resistance doesn't have to control us and our ideas, we can all get Unstuck!!

I worked on my personal project that I was feeling kinda resistant to take action. I have gained a more realistic approach to my attitude and noticed the necessary actions for my project were not as romantic as they are in my mind. It is interesting to be able to notice the setbacks and self-sabotage (they're everywhere). But if I don't keep taking steps there won't be results. It wasn't fun noticing that! My main takeaway was to start with the smallest step.
I found the presentations very well prepared and Mel's attitude acceptive. It felt natural to open up and share with the other participants.I’d suggest Unstuck Lab to anyone who feels lost and don't know how to keep moving again in their project.
What was your main takeaway from the Unstuck Lab?
“We all feel fear and resistance but it doesn't have to rule over us to the point that we can't make magic happen with our projects and producing lists and organising ourselves is not going to make us lose our creativity, instead it will inspire and help us move through the fear and resistance.”
