No. Although many creatives join the Unstuck Lab, you can bring to this space any type of project that you think will benefit from focus, support and accountability. This can range from business to musical projects.

Yes, the idea behind the Unstuck Lab is that you put into practice what you learn by working on a project you choose.

Yes, for two main reasons:

1- every session contributes in a particular way to advance your process. You might need to join all sessions to take full advantage of the Lab and fully experience the difference.

2-every participant brings a unique energy to the group.

We divided each session into two parts:

1) Group session- you'll learn a bit of the theory behind our blockages, and reflect on it with different practices (from active listening to journaling, or body practices to help you get unstuck).

2) Coworking session- here is where you put into practice what you just learned and move your project forward.

The Unstuck Lab goes beyond the conventional workshop experience.

It's a supportive space fostering a hands-on, learning-by-doing approach.

Here, you actively engage, reflecting on your journey, and experiment with diverse approaches to discover what works best for you.
